Chromecast+Cosmote TV+ Bluetooth headset

Hello, I'm having an issue with my Chromecast 4th gen. Everytime I try to watch a program on a streaming service called COSMOTE TV using as audio output Bluetooth headphones, streaming freezes after some time, about few seconds. I tried different Bluetooth headset and apps on Chromecast and all work smoothly. Also COSMOTE TV app work with Bluetooth headset without any issues on XIAOMI MI TV BOX. Any thoughts?

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you're having trouble streaming with your Chromecast. Do you experience any freezing issues with other streaming services on Chromecast when using Bluetooth headphones? 

 

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

 

  • Please make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Chromecast.
  • Ensure your Chromecast is running the latest software version. Updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements.
  • Make sure you're using the latest version of the COSMOTE TV app. App updates can address compatibility issues.
  • Check the Chromecast or COSMOTE TV website for any known compatibility issues between the app and Chromecast.
  • Try rebooting your Chromecast by unplugging it from the power source and plugging it back in after a few seconds.
  • If none of the above steps work, consider a factory reset of your Chromecast

Before I decided to post, I made sure all above you are saying. About your first solution, I just use Chromecast and having tried to pair various Bluetooth headsets, so no wifi connection required for that.
