I am researching Chromecast devices . I only need it for casting and mirroring but do want the highest picture quality. Which device should I purchase

The normal chromecast allows you to stream content from your phone, tablet or PC to the TV and the TV version its own Android TV version where you can install apps and stream content from other devices.

So decide what you need.
