I bought this Chromecast a few months ago, set it up and everything was fine. Then a few days later it had lost all wifi connection and it showed no networks at all. Couldn't even add the working home network (confirmed connection on my Pixel phone and another Chromecast) manually. The only way to fix it is a system restart. It's not an issue with distance from the router, because another Chromecast worked just fine in the same location.

Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: what Chromecast device are you using? Are you using a dual band router (2.4GHz, 5GHz)? If so, which band is your Chromecast connected to? How did you do the system restart? Also, what other steps have you tried?
