Chromecast cannot connect wifi

Purchased a 4th Gen Chromecast aka  Coolbuild-D2A

Using S10lite android phone

My connections are registering in phone settings the Coolbuild-FD2A 

But connecting without Internet..  tried restarting router etc  with no joy.

Any help appreciated

There is no 4th Generation Chromecast.

The current devices are 3rd Generation and Chromecast with Google TV.

Doing a search on that model number brings up a Miracast device.  That is NOT a Chromecast device.  It will not work with the Google Home app or Google's casting protocol.

Can you post a picture of that device? If it is not a Google Chromecast device, you will need to contact the maker of that device for support.  We can't help you with it here.
