Thanks for reaching out. I want to understand your concern further.
A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? What's the LED status on your Chromecast? Is this an initial set up or working previously? Are you getting any messages when connecting your Chromecast to the network?
In the meantime, please reboot your Chromecast, Wi-Fi router, and mobile phone. Also, make sure the Chromecast device is within 15 to 20 feet of the setup device and the Wi-Fi router.
