Hello. I wanted to respond to JenniferV. Yes, the device utility app was very helpful, thanks. Also, I needed to hold the button down on my Chromecast. I think this re-set the chromecast software, I believe. Anyway, I needed to do both those things, then my Chromecast started working again. Thanks for all your help, JenniferV!
