I have configured the buttons to turn on and off my TV, and during configuration the remote works properly but when I try later to turn on my TV the remote light blinks when I press the turn on button.

this also happens when i try to turn the volume up or down, it doesnt work and the remote keeps blinking everytime i press the button, why is this happening?

Hi ppablo11,

Thanks for reaching out to the Chromecast Community forum! Please try to remove and replace the batteries on your Chromecast Voice Remote and reboot your Chromecast with Google TV (4K). If the issue persists, reset both the Chromecast with Google TV (4K) and Chromecast Voice Remote.

Once done, set up your devices and the buttons on your Chromecast Voice Remote.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Jennifer
