Chromecast shows Spanish name of shows

Chromecast is set to English Canada. Prime is set to English Canada. Netflix is set to English Canada. No devices are set to spanish. 

Yet when scrolling through the menus q lot of shows have some superimposed Spanish name on them. 

When I hover over free guy the trailer plays with french dub from Disney plus. Is don't have Disney plus. 

Used to have similar issue when using prime app. Language was all over the place. Seems better now.

How do I fix it. Tried setting to another language and setting back.

Honestly try a factory reset , may wipe any odd settings in the system.  Not sure why it would do that to you, especially among different services.

Are you using a VPN at all?  I am trying to think of why it would be pulling those languages, and I am down to a VPN, a setting on your TV itself (doubtful but possible), a setting in your google account settings (again doubtful but who knows), The below thread suggets changing to English (United States) and rebooting for that to take effect.

I will give the switch to United States English a try. Guess it might be an issue with the Canadian English.
