I am experiencing some glitches after the update.
Here is the setup:
The GTV is connected to a Samsung TV.
The TV is connected to a Yamaha receiver via an HDMI (ARC) cable.
When the receiver is off, there are no glitches and the GTV works fine.
Also, if I turn off the HDMI UHD color from the TV's settings, the GTV works fine again but with this option off there is no HDR...

If not, I'd be happy to help out, as this sounds tricky to troubleshoot on your own. First, I would double-check that all devices are up-to-date on their firmware. Then, I would connect the Chromecast to a different port on the Samsung TV to see if the issues persist. You may also try connecting the Chromecast to the receiver, then the receiver to the TV, and see if that helps resolve the issue as well.

I have check the updates it's all fine.
I have tried the Chromecast in a different HDMI port the problem remains.
I connected the Chromecast directly to the receiver but I don't get HDR because the receiver doesn't support it. So without the HDR I suppose that it would work... But without HDR I didn't even continue the trial...
I end up to disconnect entirely the Chromecast and to use the native applications on the TV instead.
During the various attempts I find out that when the Chromecast was connected on my TV I didn't get Dolby as I didn't get hdr on the receiver.
Long story short connected to the receiver there is no HDR connected to the TV there is no Dolby. I suppose that this is fault of my TV it doesn't support it I think.
If this is true even if I solve the issue with the glitches I don't want to use it without Dolby...

If you would like, I could get you into contact with Chromecast Support to see if they could troubleshoot further and find a work-around, as Chromecast Support would have more tools than I would to do more research. If your setup had Dolby Vision prior to the Android 12 update, it may be a bug with the Chromecast itself.
