Had a chromecast with google tv for little over a year. No issues at all.
Today I get a message appearing in the library tab: "unable to load library".
Have tried a restart, factory reset, clearing cache and the device storage space, nothing seems to make any difference. I can still search for and play content I've bought but the library no longer works.
Any suggestions?

Right there with you. Both of my devices are doing the same thing.

I'm still waiting for google to come back to me. Apparently they are looking into it.
I'm not sure it's an issue with the device, seems more like some sort of account corruption.

Having the same issue. Must be pretty embarrassing when your Google can't even display its own content on it's own device

If you haven't already please raise a support case through Google as well as through the feedback feature of the CCwGTV

Hey there,
I know this response is long overdue, but I wanted to double-check to see if anyone is still experiencing this issue. We had another thread with the same topic, and it seems like most people's library loading issue was resolved.
