Chronecast audio connectivity

I have owned 2 chromecast audios for years now, setup has always been a pain. Recently i had to change the name of my wifi network and now the Chromecasts are unusable. Setup goes fine all up untill the units have to connect to the wifi, i input the wifi password and once the connection process starts, both units fail to connect. its not the wifi, my ChromeCast video setup went fine.  All units are in the same place as they have been for years with no issue, why cant i get connected?

Hey there Mcal33,

I apologize for the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to get those two Chromecast Audio's connected? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as these networking issues can be hard to troubleshoot on your own. First thing, what is the LED light doing on both Chromecast Audios? This could point to any errors occurring on the device. If there are no errors occurring, go ahead and update your Google Home app, factory reset both devices, and try connecting them to your Wi-Fi network again.
