Configurar el control del volumen

Hola, como estan?

Hace poco estuve buscando ayuda para configurar el control del volumen con el control remoto y las instruccion que entregaban en el link que les adjunto no servian ya que la opcion Mandos y accesorios no existe en mi Chromecast, logro llegar a la configuración seleccionando Bluethooth y de ahi a la configuración de control remoto.

Don't worry, let's try to perform this troubleshooting step. 

A factory reset returns the settings of your Chromecast device to its default factory, then tries to set up your device again.
If the inconvenience is not solved, please to get better knowledge of the product, could you provide me the name's device?.
