Bonjour quand je veux connecter mon wifi a mon Chromecast mais il me dit qu'il ne peut pas s'y connecté,comment faire ?

Sorry for the late response. Let's check on this further.

 

A few questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? Is this an initial setup or working previously? If working previously, are there any changes in your Wi-Fi router? What's the LED light status in your Chromecast?

 

Try these steps:

 

  1. Make sure the Chromecast device is within 15-20 feet of the setup device and the Wi-Fi router.
  2. Reboot your Chromecast, Wi-Fi router, and mobile phone.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app.
  4. Manually connect to the Chromecast SSID. Here's how: Go to the phone’s Settings > Open WiFi and connect to the Chromecast SSID (Example: Chromecast1234, Living Room TV, Bedroom TV, etc.) > Go to the Google Home app and try to set up again.
  5. Factory reset your Chromecast.
