Continue watching not updating

Half of the shows in my continue watching are not updating in over a a week,  don't have the screenshots and I can't long press and remove them. they come right back as soon as I do. I have tried restarting the device a couple of times and it's still the same behavior

Correction. they are all not updating and I can't remove them all they come back. half of them don't have a screenshot just a grey rectangle instead

Hello imageek,

 

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. What type of Chromecast with Google TV do you have, is it the 4K or HD model? Please reboot your device and plug it into a different HDMI port on your TV. Also, make sure the software version of your device is updated.

 

If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on your device, then test again.
