Google TV live tab.

Under the "Live" tab. Pluto is not showing "all channels/favorite channels" option. I see the option on other Chromecasts with Google TV but not on mine.

I'm fully updated, restarted several times. Have no idea why that would be.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Same and it's annoying. Today, on my family's account, all the Google TV's are updated with the "all channels/favorite channels" option and mine is the only TV that doesn't have it. Is it cause of my account google? Also why can't i also get the fancy Youtube TV New Channel Guide Interface????

This sucks and i wish google could fix my account....

I apologize about the late response on this, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Live tab issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know I'd be annoyed as well. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

• What is the firmware version of your Chromecast?
• Do you have the Pluto app installed?
• Have you tried clearing the cached app data on Pluto?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

Hi Jeran, I have 4 TVs and each TV has it's own Chromecast with YTTV. 

Two of my Chromecasts have the updated "Favorite Channels" tab but the other two have not yet updated.

Are Favorite Channel updates still being pushed out, or should I have received all four by now?

Any suggestions?

Also having same problem.  Two chromecasts with Google tv have not been updated.  Have the YouTube tv, philo, and Pluto tv apps installed but no favorites tab in live tv tab.  Firmware is up to date.  Did factory reset on both still no favorites tab.  Also tried a friends YouTube tv account, guess what that worked.  Looks like Google has not rolled out to everyone's accounts.

Thanks for the info.  I called Google and they said Favorites Tab update still rolling out.

Hey Jerry1065,

I was able to get the same information from a higher tier of support as well. I would just keep an eye out for updates on your Chromecast with Google TV devices. If you are sure the update has been rolled out but isn't working on your device, in the past a factory reset resolved the issue.

Hey Jeran,

Thanks for the info.  Two of my Chromecasts were manufactured on 11/2020, and have updated while two were manufactured on 7/2021 and have not yet updated, so maybe the updates are rolling out by date of manufacture.  I'll wait another month or two to see if they update, then perform a factory reset if necessary.
