Iview app not all stations live streaming

Yesterday i bought and set up chromecast with Google TV, but on the iView (ABC Aust) app not all their stations show up for live streaming, eg ABC South Australia, yet 3 of the other states do. 

I have changed my settings to reflect that I am in south Australia.

On my mobile all the ABC stations come up.

Is this an IT or software problem?
