Kids access to library purchases

Items purchased in the Google tv app on the parents profile is not visible on the kids profile unless the content is "eligible for family library" but the issue is we buy these movies for our kids, pay the money for the movies but the kids can't watch the movies when they want. For example I have spent a lot of money buying some of my daughters favourite movies such as Frozen, paw patrol movie and the new super Mario movie but none of these can be accessed in the kids profile. 

I want to be able to simply share or hide the library content for the kids profile. If I bought these on DVD the kids could put them on themselves to watch but because I bought them through google tv the kids can't do it th

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Can you check if your purchased contents are in the YouTube library on your Chromecast with Google TV? You might as well try it there if it's available. Let us know how it goes.

They do show on my YouTube but not kids YouTube and normal YouTube doesn't work on the kids profile.

This doesn't help the situation as we don't want YouTube or YouTube kids for the kids on their profile because it's inappropriate for young children.

I want my kids movies that I bought for the kids to be available to the kids on their kids profile.
