Limited Conectivity on whatever WIFI network i choose for Chromecast with Google TV

Today out of the blue, my Chromecast with Google TV says i am connected to WIFI but with a limited connectivity. This means i am unable to use the device, but it seems Netflix is working, and also my ip television from my Internet provider. There is an app. Despite the two apps, no other app is able to connect, oh one more is fine, the one to test the connection speed, it is reaching the maximum capacity i am paying for. My other devices are working just fine. This has happened before and it has fixed on itself the next day. Why is this happening? I searvhed on the web and it seems that its a google servers connectivity error. Tried with another internet provider, same issue. It is frustrating.

Hi Todor,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue using your Chromecast. Let's check on this further.

A few questions: what's the LED light status in your Chromecast? Is this only happening when watching a video to the apps installed in your Chromecast with Google TV? Have you tried to cast videos using your phone to the TV? Please reboot your Chromecast, mobile phone, and router. Resetting your Chromecast might also help.

Thanks,

Jennifer
