My setup for Google Home does not accept my selection of country, refuses to accept my choice

In Setup, when I select my country, nothing happens

Same here, I cant select any country to finish setting up my chrome cast. It's like the continue button is not working at all.

Hey there Marko2 and Hess87,

This issue sounds pretty frustrating to deal with, so I'd be happy to help you out. Let me just ask some questions to better understand what's happening:

  • What device are you using to set up the Chromecast?
  • Is the Google Home app up-to-date?
  • Have you tried clearing out the Google Home cached data?
  • What country are you trying to select?

If possible, try setting up the Chromecast using a different device, such as another phone or tablet, and see if the problem persists. I look forward to your responses, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know.
