Need to talk to a representative last night I subscribed for the update to pay 6.00 a month and so far I can’t see any history on my cameras. Can some one call me ###-###-#### need help!

This is a community forum. You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Your Nest Aware history began with the time at which you purchased the subscription. If you purchased a Nest Aware Plus subscription at 8 pm, your history should have started then, provided that you have video recording turned on for each of your cameras.
