Gave TV streaming device.
When connected to the USB, it showed the name of the Wi-Fi network and the password for which it was configured.
I created such a hot spot on my phone and connected a laptop to it. It looks like the laptop and the cast are connected to the same network.
But then I can’t move forward - on the monitor, as the start page with the connection diagram was displayed, it is displayed. The laptop does not find anything anywhere.
I can't find suitable instructions on the internet.

Я на телефоне создал такой хот-спот и подключил к нему ноутбук. Выглядит, что ноут и каст подключены к одной сети.
Но далее я продвинуться не могу - на мониторе как отображалась стартовая страница со схемой подключения, так и отображается. Ноутбук нигде ничего не находит.
В инете приемлемую инструкцию найти не получается.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.
A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? What's the LED status on your Chromecast? When casting via Chrome browser, are you getting a message that says "No Cast destination found"? In the meantime, please reboot your Chromecast, Wi-Fi router, and laptop. Using a different casting device such as a mobile phone, tablet, or another computer might also help.
