Hi,
At the moment I cast video through a projector but to have a decent sound I have to connect an external speaker to projector via AUX. I am wondering if instead I could play the sound on a speaker with built-in chromecast. In other word I want to have the video through the projector and the sound on a speaker with built-in chromecast without having them to be physically connected. Is it possible?
Cheers
Justin

Year, it is possible to have a wireless speaker connection. You simply use a Bluetooth speaker connected to your Chromecast device.
However a wired audio connection can provide a higher sound quality.

Once clarification. The only Chromecast model that works with Bluetooth speakers is the new Chromecast with Google TV (the oblong version that comes with a remote). None of the other Chromecast devices are able to push sound to Bluetooth speakers.
