I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that playback issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know that error messages aren't very descriptive. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • Which app/website were you using when this happened?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
