Before update no problems. Already tried restarting Chromecast and removing Netflix app.

Hey there MarkMens,
I apologize for the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Netflix issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine this issue is quite frustrating. First, go ahead and check for updates to the Chromecast firmware. Then, double-check both your Chromecast and TV settings to see if the 4k options are enabled. Finally, double-check that your Netflix account has 4k enabled, then clear out the cached data for the Netflix app.
I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
Best regards,
Jeran

I did everything you said but it didn't work. Not watching both netflix and Amazon Prime 4K.

Hey there OGGAN,
I'm real sorry about the delayed response; thank you for being patient! Are you still unable to stream those two apps? If so, are there other apps where you are able to watch in 4k? If you are able to watch other apps in 4k, go ahead and uninstall and reinstall the apps where you are unable to do so. If you are unable to view 4k video in any app, you should check the resolution settings on both your TV and the Chromecast.
Best regards,
Jeran
