Star+ no aparece en Chromecast con Google TV (4K)

Hola quisiera que por favor me ayudaran brindándome información con el siguiente caso: después de que el Chromecast se actualizo con la versión 12 de Android, la aplicación de Star + dejo de ser compatible, contacte al soporte de Star+ y me informan que no se renovaron las licencias para poder ser instalados en el Chromecast con Google TV, quisiera saber si es lo correcto y si tendrá alguna solución o si hay alguna forma de poderla instalar.

I apologize for the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to figure that Star+ issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out by looking into this. Some apps and companies needed to update their apps and licenses to be able to work with the newest version of Chromecast. Go ahead and update your Chromecast's firmware again if there is an update available, and double-check to see if Star+ is available. It's a possibility they were able to update their app/license in the time I took to respond to this thread.
