The Salora brand is not listed - can't her the remote to function

Trying to get the chromecast remote to function with our Salora TV -and its not listed on the options - and not working. Can't  get the on/off button to work, nor the volume up/down.

Anyone whom can suggest a fix?

There is no fix unfortunately. It would be impossible for Google to list absolutely every TV brand/manufacturer. You can use some trial and error by selecting the other manufacturer's listed. Alternatively, try a Google search or see if they have forums to see if someone else may have found one that works for your brand of TV.

I've tried several other brands on the list, but to no avail.  (The ones I found googling the issue).

Sad it doesn't work, as that means there is no point to having the chromecast with google TV on my TV, as the whole point was to just needing one remote.
