The remote found the signal code for voice and source control for the Sony ZF9 soundbar but cannot find the signal code for the power switch control.
Is there any advice about this?
Is there any way to ask somehow the right support people to add this code in the next update?

Choose CEC protocol.

I have the same 😞
CEC not "work".

I cannot use the CEC protocol. I separate the audio for the sondbra via HDMI (audio only).
Using a chormecast remote is a great idea but without the on/off function it makes no sense.

Hey there Cartha,
I'm sorry to hear that the Chromecast Voice Remote isn't functioning fully with your soundbar. I know the remotes functionality varies from device to device. If you'd like to see more functionality with more devices, I would highly encourage you to submit feedback via Google TV to let Google know which devices you are having issues with.
I'm sorry I couldn't have been more help, but if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know.
Best regards,
Jeran

At the beginning, i approached the google device technical support directly.
However, i got the answer that the contact with the chromecast devices department is only directly from the device.
I send a report by going to "send feedback" in the device settings.
Calling this command by voice is probably exactly the same, but i sent the report again.
Hope someone reads this and tries to improve these signals for a Sony soundbar.

Thank you for submitting feedback on that! That is the best way to let the Google team know what changes and fixes you would like to see if the future. While Google doesn't respond directly back to you, they take every bit of feedback seriously.
In the meantime, did you have any other questions or concerns that we can address?
Best regards,
Jeran

Thank you for your help, djtetei!
