Volume control not working properly with Bluetooth speakers

Hi, i found that i can't properly control volume on chromecast when its connected to Bluetooth speakers. 

I can increase volume 2-3 times from 0 after that another level doesn't do any difference with actual Volume. 

I tried yt soultions but didn't work for me.

Speakers :edifier 1700 BT

unfortunately, no. Shame, my  3y old mi tv stick had that ( basic!) functionality for 1/3 price of chromecast. hope it get fixed

Hey there Krishn,

 

I know this response is long overdue, but if you're still having that same volume issue, I'd be happy to help you figure it out. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • Does this issue occur when using HDMI-CEC or IR controls on the Chromecast Voice Remote?
  • Are you able to use the Google TV virtual remote to change the volume?
  • What kind of TV do you have?
