Volume keys and mute button do not work with Chromecast with remote on my TV

I am using a TV brand called - Cloudwalker (CLOUD TV 43SU) . What I observed is that when I connect Google Chromecast with remote, the volume button does not work in most apps like Youtube / Netflix / Amazon prime video.  We have to use the TV's remote for volume purpose. 

In some apps like Disney+ Hotstar, the volume button seem to be working, however, the main control is only on the TV's remote.

In this situation, go ahead and change the Google Voice Remote to use IR instead of HDMI-CEC, that works in most cases in my experience.
