Hello, I have the onn 4k pro streaming device with google tv and chromecast built in. My device has no issue connecting to my home Wi-Fi network, however, when I try connecting to the tv using the Google tv app on my android phone the tv does not appear. The same thing happens with the Google home app, the tv device never appears. I also tried with my android tablet and still the luck. Not a single device I have on the same local network can connect to it. I've tried restarting all my devices, restarting my router, factory resetting the onn streaming box, updating apps on the onn google tv/chromecast and my android device, uninstalling and reinstalling the android apps, changing the network bands, changing the network channels, changing the network WPA security types, using static IPs instead of DHCP. Literally everything. I even exchanged the device for another one and the second one is having the same problem...I have had a Roku stick and Amazon Fire TV stick in the past and have never had this problem-same networks and everything. I've even tried third party apps and the ones that connect via bluetooth or wifi don't discover the onn google tv. I've tried different apps that scan bluetooth and others that scan wifi and nothing comes up for the google tv. All the other devices see each other but not the google tv. As it is, I can't use the virtual remotes in the google apps or even 3rd party apps and I can't cast anything from any device at all. Posting here is my last effort because I'm approaching my return window and I can't justify keeping this thing if it doesn't work.

I also can see that you are reporting that the Onn. Google TV 4K device does not appear in the Google Home App, and you tried with your Android tablet but had the same problem.
I appreciate you sharing the troubleshooting steps you have performed to restore the functionality of your Onn. Google TV 4K Pro Streaming Device, with two different devices, but you still cannot connect it to any of your available devices.
Even though the Onn. GoogleTV 4K Pro Streaming Devices has the Google Operative System, I recommend contacting the Onn. manufacturer directly. They can help determine if the issue is hardware-related or software-based and provide tailored guidance because it has specific features that differ from the Google products.
