chromecast does not recognize usb stick

hi,  i have bought a OTG adapter and i also have usb c hub which i connect to my chromecast /this is one is connected to my tv/. when i put in one of these my usb drive, google tv does not recognize it. in ''storage '' is see the notification :  usb'' has been ejected safely''. concerning this,all my settings are ok.what should i do that this system recognize my usb drive- extern  storage?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. If you can, I suggest you install the affected app in the actual Chromecast device’s internal storage instead of your external storage. Connecting external USB hubs for storage expansion or peripheral devices to a Chromecast with Google TV is a hit or miss. These kinds of setups aren’t intended for the general use of Chromecast with Google TV. There’s no guarantee that they will work. Some users managed to pull it through, but we don’t normally recommend it as it may affect how the Chromecast device works.
