chromecast os doesnt look correct

can someone please PLEASE help me. why does my chromecast look like this when connected... It looks so incomplete, it doesnt have the rest of tabs such as for you, movies, shows. ect please help i cannot even refund it anymore im so upset

It looks like you are in App Only Mode.
