"Lo siento, no esta disponible en esta television" no busca ni descarga app Chromecast 4K

No puedo buscar ni descargar nuevas apps en mi chromecast 4k porque cualquier app que intente bajar el asistente de google dice "Lo siento, (APP) no esta disponible en esta televisión". Intente reiniciando y restaurando de fabrica y no se soluciona.

I'm so sorry to hear that you cannot download apps on your Chromecast. Don't worry, there are a few things we can try to fix this! One common cause of download issues is a weak WiFi connection. Here are some steps that might help:

 

  • Make sure your Chromecast is connected to the 5 GHz network (if your router offers both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz).
  • Update your router's firmware, if needed. Sometimes routers have bugs, and there are firmware fixes to address them.
  • Try moving your router closer to your Chromecast, ideally within 20 feet.
