عند ارسال التبويب الى شاشة التلفزيون تنقطع

لدي جهاز كروم كاست عندما اريد ارسال تبويب الى التلفاز يعمل لمدة ١٠ ثواني ثم ينقطع  وايضا عندما اريد مشاركة فيديو من الدايليموشن ينقطع كذلك هل يمكنكم مساعدتي في حل هذه المشكله؟

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue casting on your Chromecast. Let's sort this out.

 

A few questions: What is the make and model of the device you're using for casting a tab? Is this working before? For the issue with the Dailymotion app, is this only happening when casting from this app or across all apps?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  1. Make sure the Chrome browser is updated.
  2. Make sure your device operating system is updated and compatible with the Chromecast.
  3. Reboot your casting device (mobile phone or laptop/computer)
  4. Reboot your Wi-Fi router.
  5. Reinstall the Dailymotion app.
  6. Reboot your Chromecast.
  7. Use a different mobile phone or laptop (If applicable).
  8. Reset your Chromecast.
