Bonjour j'ai acheté 1 Chromecast google récemment, mais je n'arrive pas à l'installer😕

J'ai essayée sur différents TV mais ça bloque toujours au même moment.

 1- ma Chromecast ne trouve pas le wifi de ma maison

2- quand je me connecte au wifi de la Chromecast mon tél s'y connect mais pas d'internet et je reste bloquée a cette étape.

Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait me guider svp

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I’m sorry to hear that your Chromecast isn’t able to find your home WiFi and complete the setup process even when you tried on a different TV. I’d be happy to help!

Regarding your statement number two, when you mentioned that it is ‘stuck’ during the setup process, do you see any G logo on the screen, or is it stuck on your mobile device? Additionally, to better investigate the inconvenience, I’d like to ask the following:

  • What is the model of your Chromecast? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify the model of your device.
  • Is the Chromecast showing any LED status light?
  • Did you get any error message or error code?
  • What's the router brand and/or model?
  • What's the TV brand and model?
  • What is the model of your mobile device (Android or iOS)?
  • Have you made any recent changes to the network?

For now, I’d suggest the following:

  • Ensure the casting device, the TV, and the router are within 15 to 20 feet of each other.
  • Double-check if your other devices are able to find and connect to your WiFi network.
  • Ensure that you have the latest versions of the Google Home app and your mobile device's operating system.
  • Try restarting your router and check if there are any updates available. Outdated firmware can sometimes cause issues.
  • If possible, try connecting your Chromecast to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot to isolate the inconvenience.
