I have a routine that I wanted to go in and edit this morning, and when I try and access it from the home app on my S21, I receive a 403 access denied error. I've tried this whole on wifi, and one my phone's mobile network. I've also tried deleting the app data and then uninstalling and reinstalling the home app, and none of this has fixed it.
I've double checked and my home app was logged into my primary Google account, not any of my secondary accounts. How is it possible I don't have access to a routine I created?

Hi Coelho52872,
This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: is the Google account the same account that was used to set up your Nest device? What exactly is incorrect during the Routine briefing? Has there been any recent adjustments to the Google Assistant settings for the primary Google account linked to the device?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
Once done, you can follow the additional steps below to isolate further:
Tell me how it goes.
Best,
Dan
