hi guys.
So ive come to the conclusion that Nest Hub is just more of a voice assistant than an actual hub. So im looking to get a smart hub to compliment it that will allow for more interesting things like door sensors etc. Basically something that will sit inbetween the Nest Hub and allow more devices to connect.
Any advice on what hub would allow for the most interesting/easy to get a hold of/cheap sensors? Would Aqara be a solid choice?

I currently have the following in my home:
Aoetec SmartThings Hub
Aqara Hub
Switchbot Hub
Ikea hub
I am also fully invested in the Google ecosystem including 3 GHome Displays and where possible I have settled on Google Script Editor for code.
This setup allows me to run QTY 28 different Aqara sensors including contact, motion, water leak, FP2 Presence, vibration and remotes. A Switchbot lock, keypad and 2 button pushers. QTY 41 different Govee lights, 3 wyze cameras. Ikea plugs serving as Zigbee repeaters. Misc other smart devices.
Everything runs well so what you asked is certainly possible.
