I use my AC with a app called "Intelligent AC" and i linked it with google home. The problem is, when device appears in google home app, it always show offline, when I use voice assistant and say turn on or off it does it but changing temperatures or mods never work, says (this mode isn't available for ac). is there a workaround or solution for this

Hello Cactifrog,
Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.
A few questions: was this working before? What's the model of your AC? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Please ask your Google Home device, "Hey Google, sync my devices." You can also rename your AC to see if that helps. Here are the steps: open the Google Home app > Tap the AC icon > Choose Settings > Name > Edit the name > Save.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Lovely

Check for updates: Make sure that both the "Intelligent AC" app and the Google Home app are up to date. Check for any available updates in the app stores and install them.
Re-link the account: Try unlinking the "Intelligent AC" app from Google Home and then linking it again. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
Check device compatibility: Make sure that the AC device you are using is compatible with the "Intelligent AC" app and Google Home. Check the app and Google Home documentation to see if there are any known compatibility issues.
Reset the AC device: Try resetting the AC device to its default settings and then re-linking it with the "Intelligent AC" app and Google Home. This can help to resolve any issues with the device's settings.

Hey ethancargio,
Thanks for sharing those steps.
@Cactifrog: How was your device? Have you had the chance to try the steps shared by @LovelyM and @ethancargio?
Cheers,

Well everything is updated, I relinked it bunch of times. I think the problem is that the app is discontinued, I can't even reach the devs. Even though app is still listed on supported devices so I can link it and turn it off and on with my voice. So yeah it have probably something to do with the app since it's discontinued

But the thing I'm curious about is since it's a basic broadlink chip wouldn't be other apps to try and see if it works

Hi Cactifrog,
Thanks for the update! Since the native app is managed by the AC manufacturer, we can't really do anything about the supported voice commands since they're the ones that can provide access to Google Home and Nest devices. And yes, you may configure the AC for other third-party apps that support other manufacturers, like Kasa and SmartThings.
Regards,
Lovely
