To who this might concern. We have an AirRobo P10 vacuum unit. It is mainly controlled by the Tuya App. I have Tuya & Google linked in every way I possibly know how. But for some reason my Device Controls under Google & where devices are listed, the unit has disappeared from the menu as an option. I try to manually link it all & connect directly to 'New Device' & 'Works with Google' but it doesn't see it anymore. Is this something I can fix somehow?
Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes or updates to your network or setup? Are you able to control it via the Tuya App?
You can try to relink your vacuum to the Tuya app and Google Home app after.
