All Automations I create have an unspecified "Error"

I've used Google home / nest in the past and I'm returning to it. Every single automation I create shows as having an error.

The error is not specified.

The Automations have starters, actions and an assigned device. 

I suspect this is a bug and not an issue in my side. 

Does anyone know what to do? I can't do anything with my devices without automation.

• Are you trying to create the automations directly on the Google Home app, or are you trying to use a different app?
