Automation not running

I have a Google Assistant compatible thermostat outside and a Google Assistant compatible thinq LG mini split system. I set up this automation and it won't run the automation automatically. (Device)

When device (front porch temp) = 90°

Google Assistant via my Google hub is supposed to "turn on (Living Room AC)" 

The turn off AC automation also isn't working correctly.

Any ideas why? Thanks

Thank you for this information. Only thing is I didn't find a starter condition to enter a thermostat temperature as a condition. device.state.TemperatureSetting is the closest but the at: condition only allows time. Any tips? Thanks
