We've used smart bulbs for over a year now, and occasionally we have issues with the bulbs losing connection. Usually they eventually fix themselves, but lately it has been occurring more often. Today, for example, a few bulbs stopped responding, then a few more, then 15 bulbs weren't responding. We have a mix of Sengled and C by GE bulbs. Our internet speed is 240Mbps (I just tested it). Any ideas?

A few questions: are these light bulbs setup in the Google Home app or in the Cync app? Were there any recent changes to your network or devices? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Please ask your Google Home, "Hey Google, sync my lights." You can also rename your light bulbs to see if that helps. Here are the steps: open the Google Home app > Touch and hold your light icon > Choose Settings > Name > Edit the name > Save.
