Camera motion as a starter for automation

Why doesnt google support the different kind of camera motions as a starter for household automations, for example

-motion in different kinds of zones with either recognized or unrecognized indiduals

-package motion/animal motion etc

I can imagine it has been an inconvenience, and I would love to look into this further for you, but I need some clarification. Would you mind explaining further what assistance you're looking for in regard to motion detection settings?

For instance that a general motion detection, or a specific one (zone motion/facial regoc) will trigger an action. Do you understand?

Hey Zeeburg,

Gotcha. At this time, Home & Away are the only Routines that can use presence sensing as a trigger. While we aren't ready to make specific announcements, the Routines road map includes adding new triggers, conditions, and actions — we'll take it as feedback.
