Camera to Lights Automation

I created a automation so when my Nest Outdoor camera detects motion it is to turn on the Govee Patio lights (Gover Outdoor Lights). Then when there is No Motion Detected after 1 minute the lights are to turn off. I saved both automation and hit the "play" to start the automation and it never works. Please help!
