I have 2 nest cams. I got a new modem. One camera connected to the new wifi straight away. The second battery cam will not connect through Google Home. I have restarted the net, done a hard restart on the camera and turned my phone off and on since im adding it through the app on the phone. I also removed the device from google home initially as it wouldn't connect so I thought freshly re adding it would solve the issue.
There is a green light on the cam so I know the cam isn't broken. Any other suggestions? Driving me crazy!

Hi NickiW,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, have you tried to reset it to the factory default? If not, then I would suggest you follow the steps below.
1. Locate the reset button on the back of the camera.
2. Press and hold the button:
3. Release the button. Your camera will restore to its factory settings.
4. After the factory reset, your camera will appear as “Offline” in the app until you remove it.
To remove it from the app, open the app, tap on the device, then tap Settings> Remove device > Confirm.
5. Hit this link for more information.

Emerson
