Can’t change Wi-Fi settings

My family lost/forgot the account we used to setup the google nest Wi-Fi router, and now we can’t change the settings of the Wi-Fi. To do so we need the account the originally set it up which we don’t have.

If you don’t know the account used to setup the router, you’ll need to factory reset it using the physical button on the device, then set it up again.
