Can’t connect fetch box

When I say “talk to fetch” as directed in instructions my google mini says “sorry I don’t understand”

please help

Still can’t get it to work.  I factory reset nest mini and deleted and reinstalled home app.

it just won’t help.

any suggestions?  Anyone?
