Do you have "Visitor announcements" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) enabled on your doorbell? Which doorbell do you have? Is your Nest Hub in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your doorbell? Is "Do not disturb" turned off on your Nest Hub?
