Can’t set routines at start at alarm set

I have a google home mini and I use an iPhone 14.

I've been trying to set up a routine that turns on at the time I set my alarm at. But I want the routine to start only when my alarm is set. I’d rather not have to change the time it starts every day, if possible, as I wake up at different times on certain days. 

ex. 

turn on lights at 11 am (set alarm) 

I’ve tried to set it up using the “try adding your own” action, but all it tells me is, “sorry I don’t understand” and continues. Is there any way to fix this?

You can have a routine run after you dismiss an alarm. 

Set it up in the Google Clock app. 

OR

Set an alarm with Nest mini "11am Alarm" and then say "turn on lights at 11am"
