Can’t set up Photo Frame

Hello,

I just got a google nest hub, the second generation and I mainly just got it for my bedroom for answering calls and as a speaker. I downloaded google photos and made a small album to use as the photo frame display that you see when not in use. I have it selected on both the hub itself and in the app and I have even turned it off and back on and it is still showing the art gallery photos. I have even unselected all the art gallery albums in the hub itself and it shows that google photos is selected on the app and hub even when i exit and go back in but it’s still not showing my photos, how can I fix this?

Thanks for posting in the community. Let's sort this out. 

A few questions: is your wifi at home set up under dual band or band steering? If this is set up under dual band, make sure that your mobile phone is connected to the same network where the Nest Hub is connected. Also, turn off mobile data. Keep me posted.
